Drivers are required to complete a blended learning curriculum featuring in-classroom, online, and behind the-wheel training. Training is focused on road and vehicle safety, service expectations, vehicle and logistics technology, and adherence to Kaptyn Core Values. All drivers are monitored and assessed while in service by a Kaptyn Driver Mentor before being approved for solo assignment.
