In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our customers, we have a 24-hour cancellation notice policy. All cancellations made within the 24-hour window to pickup time will be 100% non-refundable.
Provided cancellation occurs by the customer >24 hours before the assigned pick up time and date, Kaptyn will offer a full refund.
If Kaptyn misses the ride, the customer gets full refund.
